The recent allegations about a former assistant coach at Penn State are one of the worst things I've ever heard of occurring at a major college program and should be looked into extremely thoroughly.  The fact that details were known by at least one person back in 2002 makes this whole thing smell like a cover-up...

The video of this incident speaks for itself.  A referee was attacked while officiating a football game for 13, 14 and 15 year olds. What's disturbing is that the coaches could have diffused the situation, but instead they made it worse.  So many great coaches out there, but it only takes a couple of bad apples...  I hope they're kept out of coaching from here on out...
